Worldwide Lore (grades K-6, families): Myths, legends, folk and fairy tales from many oral traditions told with audience participation. Program can be tailored to fit specific issues or subjects. Children appreciate stories (and therefore, reading) in a whole new way.

Stop the Coffin! (tales for young adults): Stories of adventure, friendship, facing responsibility, romance and spooky stories, too.

Vasalisa the Wise and Other Stories of the Heroic Feminine (ages 12-adult): Empowering tales of heroines intended for at-risk girls or any girls' group. Adult programs available for women's retreats and organizations. Inspirational! Stories from many folk cultures as well as literature.

Tales from the Jewish Tradition: Funny, poignant, folk and fairy tales for adults, teens, and children using personal narrative. Includes Midrash, Chasidic and biblical tales all lifted off the page with insight and skill, containing the wisdom of the ages.

Once Upon a Midlife (and beyond): Folktales and personal narratives which reflect the experiences of midlife, for men and women, and the elder years, as well. Thought provoking, often hilarious.

Story Theatre (grades 6-12)
Through theatre games and improvisation students will learn the value of group collaboration problem solving, negotiating, spontaneity, as well as the use of voice and body to communicate. This residency can culminate in a story theatre performance. Literary structure, character, plot, theme, vocabulary are explored.

Everyone a Storyteller! (grades 6-12)
Storytelling, drama and group exercises help students learn to tell tales. Stories can be related to curriculum. A storytelling festival will be the culmination of this =residency which can last from a few weeks to a semester.

Teachers as Tellers
In-service training for teachers, librarians (or even parents): finding tales, technique (voice, movement, eye contact, etc.), finding one's own style, and overcoming nervousness. Also, learn to incorporate storytelling across the curriculum and for different grade levels. Can last several hours or be offered over several weeks.

Storyweaving the Generations
Adult participants learn to tell tales from their own lives. Guided imagery, writing and small group work all aid in this process. Part of your legacy is your stories. This workshop will be transforming.

Write On! (all ages)
A creative writing workshop incorporating drama and storytelling exercises. The youngest children can dictate the stories which come out of our work. Everyone else will find incredible inspiration in working from an inner world – not just the head!
