Jim and Karen Decker are a husband-wife storytelling duo. Their many years of harmonious marriage have resulted in a "smooth, integrated style" just right for stories told by two. Children and adults alike are caught up in the high jinks as the Double Deckers banter back and forth. The spirit and joy of the Deckers is evident whether they are telling whimsical funny tales, or gentle poignant stories. The Double Deckers have told their stories of humor and goodwill in libraries, schools, churches, and storytelling festivals throughout the midwest. |
